Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies has the right to restrict product quantities depending upon the availability of stock once an order is placed. The customer will be informed of it via email or on the contact # mentioned in the order.

• Unwashed, unworn, wrong, or defective items may be exchanged within the same brand (depending upon the stock availability) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any product which is ‘Stitched’ for the customer will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
• Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched.
• Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies will be responsible for shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise.
• Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies is not responsible for bleeding, damage to the print, or fading of colors due to washing. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
• Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies has full rights to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice.

There is no money refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item is delivered. However, any such item(s) will NOT be entertained for return if it is used, washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way.

Any items that are at discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable

Our shipping timing for orders DELIVERY within PAKISTAN is 3-5 working days if the product is available, otherwise, the customer will be informed regarding the availability. For International Customers delivery timing will be 15 to 20 working days if the product is available, otherwise, the customer will be informed regarding the availability.

There can be unexpected delivery delays due to customs clearance. The delay can go up to 5-7 working days.

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies takes no responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of customs or duties charged by the local authorities. The customs charges have to be borne by the customer.

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

For durability of the fabric, we highly recommend all our customers only dry clean the apparel to avoid color bleeding and fabric shrinkage issues.

Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies tries its level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; Trusted Brand by Askani Group of Companies does not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them

• The stitching would be done according to the picture; however, there could be some variation depending on the fabrics included in the product and on the embellishments available in the market (for example laces, ribbons, buttons, etc.)
• Sometimes there is a case that the suit in the picture is stitched using more than 1 suit (extra fabric is used, or sometimes 2 suits are used); in that case, the most identical design would be made using the single suit you have purchased.

Any instructions regarding the order including but not limited to delivery, stitching, feedback, and contents are to be given via email at the following addresses. To safeguard the customer’s interests and proper record keeping, any correspondence made via call can be deemed void.
