Do Cash on Delivery orders earn points?
No — loyalty points are our special thank-you for advance payment. Pay for your order online at checkout (PayFast: cards, wallets and bank accounts) and every rupee earns points; Cash on Delivery orders don't collect points.
When are points added to my account?
As soon as your order is marked delivered, the points appear in your account balance. You can see them any time in My Account and at checkout.
How much is one point worth?
1 point is always worth Rs. 1 — a fixed rate that never changes, so your savings are always clear.
How many points can I use on one order?
You can pay up to 50% of any bill with points. Just tick "Use my loyalty points" at checkout and the discount is applied instantly.
Do reviews earn points too?
Yes — each approved review from a verified buyer earns 50 points, and adding a photo earns 25 bonus points.
Do my points ever expire?
No. Points never expire while your account is active.
What if I cancel or return an order?
Any points you used on that order come straight back to your balance, and points earned from a refunded order are adjusted fairly.
Do guest orders earn points?
Yes — guest orders earn points too. Create or sign in to an account with the same email address to see and use them.
