Welcome to Askani Group. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of askanigroup.com and every purchase you make from us. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms — so please take a moment to read them.

1. About Us

Askani Group of Companies is a Pakistan-based retailer of premium Pakistani fashion, apparel and lifestyle products, serving customers nationwide and worldwide from Karachi.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, complete information — especially your delivery address and phone number, as our couriers depend on them.

3. Products & Accuracy

We photograph every product with great care. Even so, colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to studio lighting and differences between displays — this is normal for fashion photography and is not considered a defect. Fabric details, included pieces, and measurements are listed on each product page; please review them before ordering.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are set in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for your convenience; the final charge is processed as described at checkout. We work hard to keep prices accurate — in the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity — with a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Custom Stitching

Custom-stitched orders are made specifically to your measurements. They require an advance payment, take additional working days as shown at checkout, and — because they are made only for you — cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except for a stitching fault on our side. Please double-check your measurements before confirming.

8. Reseller Programme

Our reseller programme is subject to approval and its own commission terms shown in the reseller dashboard. We may suspend accounts that misuse the programme or misrepresent our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — product photography, text, logos, and design — belongs to Askani Group or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, posting fake reviews, or interfering with the site's operation. We may restrict access where we detect abuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to excellent service, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, etc.).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
