This policy explains when a return, exchange or refund is possible, how our Cash-on-Delivery advance works, and exactly what happens when you cancel or return an order. It applies to every order — guest checkout, registered customers, resellers and affiliate orders alike.

Because each piece is prepared and reserved for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personal design preference. We kindly ask you to review the product details, size chart, fabric and images carefully before placing your order. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to help before you buy.
When we accept a return or exchange
We stand behind every parcel we send. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — with return shipping paid by us — in these cases:
- Wrong item delivered — you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged or defective on arrival — the item arrived faulty or damaged in transit.
To qualify, the item must be unused, with its original tags intact and the packaging preserved.
How to start a claim
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, so we can help you quickly:
- Contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.
- Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 working days.
- Once approved, we arrange a courier pickup at our cost.
- Your replacement is dispatched on priority, or your refund is issued within 7–10 working days.
Cancelling an order (before dispatch)
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Because the parcel never entered the delivery process, you receive a complete refund of everything you paid — including the Rs. 500 advance. Your reserved stock is released back to our store automatically.
Cash on Delivery — the Rs. 500 advance
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance of Rs. 500 is collected when you place the order. The remaining balance is paid in cash when your parcel is delivered.
- The Rs. 500 advance is applied towards delivery and handling charges.
- It is fully refunded if you cancel before dispatch.
- It becomes non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched or is returned, as it covers the delivery already carried out.
Returns after dispatch — Rs. 500 delivery charge
If a parcel is returned after it has been dispatched (for example, a refused or undelivered COD parcel), a Rs. 500 delivery charge is deducted and is not refundable, because the delivery has already taken place. Any remaining balance is refunded to you.
This also applies when you paid the complete amount in advance: Rs. 500 is retained for delivery and the rest of your payment is refunded.

How and when refunds are paid
Refunds are always issued through the same channel the payment was received from, wherever possible:
- Online card / wallet payments are settled into our bank, so these refunds are processed manually to your provided bank account or EasyPaisa / JazzCash. Please share your account details when you request the refund.
- Bank transfer or EasyPaisa payments are refunded to the same account.
- Cash is refunded in cash.
Approved refunds are completed within 7–10 working days. Every refund is recorded against your order and confirmed to you by email.
What isn’t covered
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items.
- Damage that occurs after delivery.
- Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings, lighting or photography.
